So, reading the above, I interpret it as the anchoring of Stellar of the whole Earth through SEP 6, rich or poor, the extension of this liberation that must start here, going through the Stellar Exchange, an exchange not only financial but of cooperation, spiritual and universal acceptance across the Cosmos. Deposit and Withdrawal although, very direct and practical terms could be translated to mentioned diplomacy, an exchange of culture, karma, emotions like love, gratitude for blessings, friendship, empathy and also true teaching and education.
