- Account Transfer Permissionless Payment Protocol (ATP3) is used to make a payment to another party by effectively creating a non-custodial temporary account on their behalf.
- Connecting bank accounts to Quantum Stellar bank account.
- Works "on behalf" of users to move everyone onto Stellar, with "one day" claimable balance.
