SEP 001: Stellar Info File
This is the first step a person or organization must complete when creating their Stellar account. They (we) must announce to the universe who we are and what our intentions are for all to see. There is no hiding or secret accounts in Stellar. We must also prove we have the assets on hand to give value to the electronic representations (tokens) we will mint (create), and hold those assets in reserve. This prevents the creation of false currencies.
In short, everything is created in an attitude of Truth and Light and this is deemed good.

This SEP seems to connect most strongly with the STELLARAI ICO. In the spiritual realm, Stellar AI represents the divine intelligence embedded within all creation, and SEP 1 establishes the integrity of that intelligence in action. Stellar Info File = The Creators Hand TCH
The asset creator provides all the information to uniquely identify and describe a Stellar asset including issuer, location, source, type, backing and capabilities. The stellar.toml file is used to provide a common place where to reference information about an organization’s Stellar integration and transfer of wealth.

I see these TCH requirements as the components of the SEP for toml file creation. KYC that You are who you say you are, have what you say you have, are authorized to create the token and assign the type of asset.
