- EMILY’S SUMMARY: Appears to be coordinated Khazarian effort to blacklist legitimate anchors and developers from onboarding into Stellar, now could be used against them (Art of War). Security Concerns “N/A” is false = proof that quality of Directory depends entirely on quality of inputs/influencers (centralized).
