SEP 38: Anchor RFQ API (created 9/4/2021)
- Enables anchors to accept off-chain assets in exchange for different on-chain assets, and vice versa. Specifically, it enables anchors to provide quotes (Authenticated by SEP 10 Web Auth)
- Emily: Swap off-chain assets with wrapped on Stellar assets using anchors, activates price oracles tied to SEP 40. Anchors can transition all assets into Stellar even if no wrapped collateralized equivalent, it goes into designated Stellar assets. This is how you bring liquidity to Stellar and stabilize prices. Reconfirms SEP 24 (Hosted Deposit/ Withdrawal) fees set to discourage certain trade pairs and encourage others, also encourages asset transitioning onto Stellar not off/back into other chains = one way bridge.
